Return Policy

Returns

Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for return. Returns must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns. You will be responsible for shipping any product you wish to return.

If you wish to make an eligible return, please notify us by phone: 610-644-7471 or email: cs@nuprintsolutions.com. Upon receipt of the return, NuPrint will issue a check for the full amount less the shipping and the 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. There is no restocking fee for exchanges that result in an invoice of equal or greater value. If the new invoice is less than the original there may be a restocking fee.

You will be responsible for shipping any product that you may wish to exchange for another product. If you wish to make an eligible return, please notify us by phone: 610-644-7471 or email: cs@nuprintsolutions.com

Printing Returns:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of printed products unless we incorrectly filled your order. It is our policy that if there is an error and we are at fault, we will make it right.

If there is a printing error you may choose either a complete refund or we will redo the order as fast as possible. You may be asked to present proofs of the error.

Shipping Policy

We try to find the most cost effective shipping method for every situation. If the shipping destination has a loading dock, or if you have a preferred shipping method, please mention this at the time of your order.
The majority of the time UPS Ground is the best way.
All UPS shipments have tracking numbers, give us a call: 1-610-644-7471 or email us: cs@nuprintsolutions.com and we will provide you with the tracking information.

UPS SERVICES:

Ground: Delivered in one to five business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

3 Day Select: Delivered by the end of the third business day. Available to the 48 contiguous states.

2nd Day Air: Delivered by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

2nd Day Air AM: Delivered on the second business day by 10:30 am or 12:00 noon to most commercial destinations. Available from the 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Air Saver: Delivered on the next business day by 3:00 pm or 4:30 pm. Available from the 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Air: Delivered on the next business day by 10:30 am or 12:00 noon. Available from all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Early AM: Delivered on the next business day by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 am to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery by 10:00 am to additional locations.

Payment Policy

Checks:
We accept checks from clients who have established credit with us, our terms are NET 15. In the event of a bounced check there will be an additional charge of $45 added to the invoice. If you currently do not have credit with us and would like to apply please contact us.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit Card payments must be made at the time of the order.

First Time Customers:
New customers may pay with cash, credit card or by check at the time of delivery.
